Jaime Metcalf joined EPR after a long time in the Fire/EMS industry. Jaime is knowledgeable and shares with her team members a deep passion for public safety and a great understanding of the software needs of emergency responders and providers.
Most recently Jaime spent the last two years as an account manager for an NFPA compliant SaaS model PPE tracking software.
She is a firm believer in the power of great software to transform the effectiveness of fire departments and EMS providers. She uses her 20+ years of industry knowledge to guide and help prospective customers find the solutions that best fit their needs.
